A Medieval Cornucopia – The Guildhall, Leicester

From 26th September -6th October 2015 a display of paintings by the Leicestershire Society of Botanical Illustrators. Paintings of culinary plants available to Richard III’s Royal household and the aristocracy in the medieval period. The paintings include images of fruits, vegetables, nuts fungi, herbs ans spices and grains.

The exhibition in the guildhall is open from 11am – 4.30pm
