Meetings

Our meetings are usually held on the third Sunday of the month from 10.30 am to approximately 3.30 pm. Doors are open, and attendees should arrive at, 10.00 am.

 Workshop attendance is limited, so we’ve introduced a selection process to help allocate places fairly.

Every three months, members will be invited to rank their top three choices from the upcoming workshops. One month before each workshop, those who selected it as their first choice will be contacted and offered a place. If any places remain, we will then invite members who listed it as their second choice, followed by third-choice selections if necessary.
This approach helps ensure everyone has a fair opportunity to attend the sessions they’re most keen on.

For those not attending the workshop, a dedicated workspace is available in the café area—perfect for continuing personal projects in a relaxed, creative atmosphere. It’s a lovely chance to swap ideas, share techniques, and learn from one another.

During the lunch break, all members are welcome to view the artwork produced in the workshop and browse materials, greetings cards, and other items available from our visiting tutor. It’s a wonderful way to stay connected, inspired, and involved—whether you’re participating in the session or simply enjoying the community spirit.
